Lemon, Lime, and Mint Water
What you need:
- 2 lemons juiced,
- 1 lime juiced,
- 2 sprigs of Mint,
- 1/3 cup of honey, and
- a gallon of water
Instructions:
Add all ingredients together and refrigerate.

Slow Cooker Lemongrass Chicken
What you need:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 3 cloves whole garlic
- 2 stalks lemongrass trimmed and smashed
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to slow cooker and com on low for 8 hours. When finished remove chicken and let cool. Shred chicken and use immediately or freeze and save for another dish.
